Back in the thick of it.

What lofty goals I had when I started this. 

Then those goals fell flat right after about two weeks.

Now it is late August of 2014 and I still haven't accomplished much.

Though after months of putting off smoothies, got back into the habit of drinking them so far this month.

It is helping as I have started seeing my periods regularly again. Looks like I am on a three week cycle again.

So this time my goals is still lofty and will involve me having to weigh myself in each month.

I would like to get to where I am losing 15-20lbs each month.

So this will mean having to intake less calories per day and upping my water intake to 3L per day.

So far I have made it to 3 12fl. oz per day Starting on  Sunday, August 17th.

An had two smoothies so far today. My energy is up and getting things done around the house mostly out of the way.

Need to give myself a dedicated time that is purely workout time. Also need to make a bedtime and stick with it. 3 am to 9am is a good 6hrs of sleep.

Discovered that sitting up near the edge of one of my kitchen chairs, with my feet flat and leaning back helps with the arms muscles.

Need to invest in some snack bars from iherb.  An purchase a scale for weighing myself. Can't wait to see what I am at on Sept 17th.

Well here's to my idea of healthy.
