Mooore, you want more

Yes, I have been keeping up with my water drinking and it is really paying off.

Though thanks to my mug having the fl. oz. on the bottom I have had fun keeping track of how much I drink.

The mug holds 473 fl. oz. and I drink 3 of those per day. Along with two mugs of unsweetened tea.

So I am staying plenty hydrated. Which I have noticed in how my skin feels and how my body hurts less.

As for the exercising, it has been going okay with the squats, changed it up so my hands touch to the ground flat and go above my head when I go back to the standing position.

As for the planking I was doing, it is going to get incorporated into my ideas and be something I do in the morning or evenings. Both would work.

Still would like to take swim classes this year, plus I have started reading about surfing which has been a secret passion of mine.

My sleep schedule has been crazy, I find myself sleeping too much. I find 3-5 hours and I am completely good, though if I sleep 8-9 hours I find myself more tired.

So going to see how sleeping 3hrs help. Though may have to take it up to four hours. We'll see just how this helps.

Though I haven't felt too tired lately. May try and switch up my schedule to 12 am- 4 am. So that it is more even.
