Finding the right balance
There's I am going to do this and then there's the fire that makes you want to do this.
I am floating between the two extremes of feeling and motivation. Still getting in my 1 liter of water per day.
Yays for small mugs with the oz. information on the bottom.
Now that I am on my cycle I am wondering should I workout this week? Is this really helping?
Yes, I have noticed I have more energy and that I also have a limit to how much my body will put up with.
Still doing the 6 hours of sleep per night. Though it feels like I am not hitting R.E.M sleep each night.
Nor am I hitting it off with the routines. Like doing the planking lifts, works out my whole core.
Crunches not so much. Though I have gotten use to doing squats and frog squats.
Next on my list of things to try is the mountain climbers. Looks like wicked fun.
Though I may be rushing things. I want to plunge head long into hard workouts. My body is like, nope.
We are doing 15 minutes of exercise, not this 30 minutes you keep aiming for.
With that being said. Found an article for working on the perfect beach body within 21 days. I love how they mention that your real goal is to keep up the workouts for 21 days, creating a habit.
Well, I am off to get that water in me for the day.
Cheers.
