To do things.

 Been working on two full glasses of water per day. The glasses are 531 ml, so that puts me around a   liter of water per day.

I've noticed the small changes to myself.

The most important change is the changes to my appetite have become more noticeable.

Did a 2k run tonight, and man was that eye opening. Realized that I needed to work on being able,
 and waiting for the moment. Plus giving myself some room to rest. I would get a good pace and then find myself wanting to rest. At those moments I would the go to a quick walk. To be honest I felt like I was cheating, that I wasn't completely running. Why am I doing it now? I know that in order for me to get the most out of life, I need to put in some time to my health.  Which is something that I haven't done before. So now I'm making the time for them. I would have to say I would like to get back to biking, swimming and give a go at surfing. Surfing has been one of those secret things that I have always wanted to give a go at.

However, I started doing side-kicks with a stretch motion included this morning. It was a five minute workout, with a few stops in-between. Need to also get back to planking push-ups where it works my abs and core. An some situps too.

Today was good as the craving for sugar has been less and less. More whole fruits and nuts. Green veggies and such. Need to plan more meals that are balanced. Along with more protein bars. 

Though the real work is keeping this up for a lifetime. An improving on it.
