Bump in the road.
So in the last three weeks I have fallen off the bandwagon. I stopped getting in my liter of water per day, and in the process disrupted my walking schedule. So need to get it back in the hang of things.
The goal now is to stay active and healthy. Mentally and physically. When both of those are achieved, then I notice how I feel better and have alittle more energy.
More so that I am down to a size 20/22 in dresses. Still stuck between a size 22/24 in pants. Feels really good to know that the inches have fallen off. Now to keep pushing with it. So need to get in my one liter of water. Then next week hit into the 2 liters of water a week. The major goal is to get to 3 liters of water into my body.
As for the workout part it is back to squats and simple ab workouts. Getting in that will help lots with the focusing on things.
