Water to drink
So these last few days I've been working on getting in 1 liter of water a day. I've gotten so up to half a liter.Though the biggest hang up that I am worried about is staying motivated to fix my exercise and sleep patterns.
Some days I find myself sleeping too much. Others days I find myself short on sleep. Though with the exercising it is remembering to go for a short walk or to do some planking. So the goal now is to balance these two and then get back to planking.
With that in mind I may get back to a balanced meal and smoothie plan. It felt good when I gave myself time to enjoy a healthy smoothie, Which means more fresh fruit as well.
Now to bring that same excitement to drinking water.
