Mantra







Little by little, 
Day by Day.

As you play DDR throughout the 
days.

Today's workout proved that I can keep up with it. Getting better at doing half steps.

Did a 30 minute workout, not bad for burning 383 Kcal. I made sure to choose songs with a high step count and changing the jump steps(<--->) to other steps added. The more steps you do the more Kcal that you burn.

Though with the cut feature off, it makes it slightly difficult.


Well here's to more hard work.

Dancing again

Took a few days off from the DDR to play some Final Fantasy XIV: A Realm Reborn. Last night I got the urge again to do some DDR.

Let's say that 45 minutes of exteme mode where the songs are 7-8 steps will take it out of you.

Granted I had the setting on for cut, which keeps the arrows in 4/4 time no matter the BPM in the background. You may be thinking that this is a good idea. As I discovered 15 minutes ago, when I turned said feature off. Those steps become a little harder to do.

Though now I have to go back and learn how to do the double tap steps and the triple tap ones, too.
