Self said....

So finally in a mental groove where running is happening more often. Went for a small .5 km run last night. It felt good, really good. I was beginning to get depressed about not running; and about the weight I gained in the last couple of months from just sitting around during winter.

Running is definitely getting me pumped up. Now to tackle getting back into yoga and pilates twice a week. The water issues have been slowly been fixed, as I am not getting in a liter a day.
This has take about two months to get down and sticking with it.

Though I have been keeping the coffee to 1-2 cups a day. Have been kicking the soda habit too. Albeit it has a been a slow kicking, habit. Also keeping the need to drink juice down as well.

Though weight has been holding even for the last two months. So onward to getting my mental balance back.
