Cup of tea and aching knee's

Okay, I really fell off the wagon. Dropped all my goals with water intake, I am barely at a liter a week. So now it is back to getting in 16 fl. oz. three time a day. An weening myself off of soda and juice. Okay the soda I can live without. Sipping right now on some herbal tea, minus the sugar.

As for the healthy eating, it has been hit or miss. After my trip to Osaka, began to realize that yeah being 33 years old and out of shape has its drawbacks. For example, in order to save on transportation cost. I decided to bike through out the city. Trust me this began to wreck my knees. I hadn't been working out as much as I should and compound it with the fact that I began biking pretty hard. About 10 km per day. It caught up with me. So new game plan is to get my hands on a good bike and get back into the habit.

Another thing is I noticed I stopped using protein with my morning smoothie. Noticed my want for other sweets had picked up as well. Yays.

Well here's to regaining healthy habits.
